Before You Arrive
- We advise all patients to confirm current health status; if you have respiratory symptoms, you will be advised to seek medical treatment, and we will reschedule your appointment
When You Arrive
- Hand sanitizer is available in the waiting area
- The waiting area is equipped with an air purifier with HEPA filter to ensure air quality
When You Enter The Treatment Room
- All patients are asked to rinse with an antiseptic mouth rinse prior to commencement of treatment
- All staff wear full personal protective equipment
- High-speed evacuation suction devices are employed to reduce aerosol spray
- All rooms are equipped with a HEPA filter air purifier to ensure air quality
After You Leave
- All single-use items are properly disposed of; reusable instruments are packaged and autoclaved to hospital standards
- All soiled single-use gowns and masks are disposed of immediately; non-disposable items are properly disinfected after every patient
- Treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected after each patient
- Common areas including the waiting room are wiped down with a hospital-grade disinfectant solution frequently

- All our staff have their temperature checked as they arrive in the morning to ensure they have no fever
